The Lac Vieux Desert Health Center is proud to offer specialized diabetes care and education. Diabetes is a disease that affects multiple aspects of health and well-being. Managing diabetes can be difficult and feel overwhelming, especially with a new diagnosis or with major life changes. If you are interested in receiving one-on-one care and counseling about one or many aspects of your diabetes care, please ask your provider if a referral is right for you.
